Carriers require every business that texts to register. What it costs, what we need from you, and how you know it's on.
Carriers require every business that texts to register first. Our team does the paperwork with you, and texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it. Calls work the whole time.
Cost
Texting registration is $49 once, then $10 a month. Texts are 2¢ each, and replies you get are free.
Get registered
- Make sure your website passes the website checklist for texting. It's the most common reason a registration gets turned down.
- Send our team your business details when we ask: your business's legal name and your website.
- Our team submits your registration to the carriers.
- When the carriers approve it, your numbers show Texting on and our team tells you.
How you know where it is
In the dashboard, open Numbers. Each number shows one of:
- Texting on: texts go out.
- Texting waits on carrier approval: registered, not approved yet.
- No texting: this number isn't set up to text.
Until it's on, the apps say Texting turns on when the carriers approve your registration. Texts people send you still show up in Messages.
