Voicemail and your greeting

Listen to voicemails with the words written out, and record the greeting callers hear.

Your voicemails

Open Voicemail. Each one shows who called, when, and the words written out, so you can read it instead of listening. Tap play to hear it. Call back right from there.

Record your greeting

On the iPhone: 1. Open Settings, then Voicemail greeting. 2. Tap Your own greeting and record it. 3. Play it back. Keep it or record again.

In the dashboard, open Team and click Change next to your voicemail. Pick Recording (record or upload in your browser), Written, read aloud (type it and HandRaise reads it), or Standard.

Each number can also use a greeting of its own: 1. Open Numbers and tap a number. 2. In the voicemail step pick the person's greeting (the default), This number's own greeting, or Standard.

To go back to the standard greeting in Chrome, open Settings and click Use the standard one.
