Working with DataSift

How HandRaise works with DataSift: folders, statuses, notes and assigned records.

HandRaise works with DataSift, so your records stay in one place.

• Folders are your DataSift filter presets. Change a preset in DataSift and the folder in HandRaise follows.
• Results you save after a call update the record's status in DataSift, and your sequences take it from there.
• Notes you type after a call land on the record. Incoming calls and voicemails add a note too, with the voicemail's words.
• Correct, Wrong and Dead numbers are marked on the record, so the next pass skips the dead ones.
• Assigned To decides whose folders a record shows up in on a team. See Your team.
• Call icons in Chrome let you call any number on a DataSift page with one click.
