What CleanLine does

Your numbers stay clean, so your answer rate stays up.

A Spam Likely label can sink a good number overnight, and most teams don't find out until the answers dry up. CleanLine watches for it every day and fixes it for you.

Checked every day

Each number is tested on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon for spam and scam labels.

Registered before you dial

New numbers are registered with the carriers' caller registries from day one.

Fixed for you

When a label shows up, CleanLine files the removal request and rests that number until it's clean.

Rotated the smart way

New numbers warm up slowly, and every number has a daily dial cap, so none of them burn out.

Why numbers get flagged

Carriers judge your number by how it calls.

Carrier spam filters watch how each number behaves. Lots of short calls, few answers and almost no call-backs read as spam, even when you're calling people who want to hear from you. So every number gets a plan for its whole life.

  1. Warming upNew numbers start with a small daily cap that grows over a couple of weeks.
  2. ActiveClean on all three carriers and dialing up to its daily limit.
  3. WatchAnswers are slipping, so it dials less while it's checked closely.
  4. RestingA carrier labeled it. The removal request is in and it sits out until clean.
  5. RetiredIt won't come clean, so it's taken out and you add a fresh number.

Questions

Good to know.

What does a Spam Likely label do to my calls?

The seller's phone shows Spam Likely or Scam Likely instead of a normal call, and most people let it ring. Some carriers block the call outright. Either way, a good number stops getting answered.

How does CleanLine check my numbers?

Every morning, each number you call from is checked on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. You see the results on your number health board, number by number and carrier by carrier.

What happens when a number gets flagged?

HandRaise files the removal request with that carrier and rests the number. Your calls go out from your clean numbers in the meantime, so your dial day doesn't stop.

Do you use real numbers?

Yes. Every number is a real local number on your account, never spoofed, and every call is signed with STIR/SHAKEN, the carriers' caller ID check.

Does CleanLine cost extra?

No. It's included in every seat. Extra calling numbers are $3 a month each. See pricing.
