Install the iPhone app

Install the HandRaise app, sign in, and turn on notifications and the microphone.

The app needs iOS 17 or newer.

Install and sign in

  1. Install HandRaise from the link our team sends you.
  2. Open it, enter your Email and Password, and tap Sign in.
  3. When it asks Get a notice when a seller texts you., tap Continue, then Allow.
  4. On your first call, when iPhone asks for the microphone, tap Allow.

If you tapped Not now on the notice question, the app won't ask again. Turn notices on in the iPhone Settings app under Notifications, then HandRaise.

Check the line

Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings. Under Connection, Phone line should say Ready.

Good to know

  • Calls show on the iPhone's own call screen, with the seller's name, lead status and street when they're in DataSift.
  • Keep the app open while you work so calls can ring. Ringing while the app is closed is coming soon.
  • To dial a folder, the app needs Call real sellers on. The test record is in Chrome.
