Folders and which numbers dial

What a folder is, what each pass dials, which numbers are skipped, and when the dialer waits for you.

Folders

Each folder is a DataSift filter preset. Turn folders on in Settings, Prospecting folders.

The folder's name sets its pass:

  • A name with Ready To Call is the First pass.
  • Follow Up 1, Follow Up 2 and Follow Up 3 are Pass 2, Pass 3 and Pass 4.
  • Any other name dials like a first pass and shows Your folder.

Which numbers dial

On each record, these numbers are never dialed:

  • A Litigator number, at any setting.
  • A number marked Wrong, Dead or DNC in DataSift.
  • A number under your Skip numbers under level (3 bars unless you change it), or with no score yet while that setting is on. A number marked Correct always dials, whatever its bars.

On a first pass, numbers with no result yet, No Answer and Correct all dial. On a follow-up pass, only numbers marked No Answer or Correct dial; untried numbers wait for the first pass.

Skipped numbers stay on the card, greyed out, with why: for example skipped: under 3 bars.

The order

  1. A number you marked Correct before rings first, whatever its tag or score.
  2. Then the highest HandRaise IQ score.
  3. Ties keep DataSift's order.

When a record is done

  • Reaching the owner (Correct, or DNC with It was them) ends the record. Its other numbers aren't called.
  • Correct with No change is the one exception: the record's other numbers still dial.
  • Anything else moves to the next number, until none are left.
  • Each pass through a record adds one call attempt in DataSift.

When the dialer waits

With the dialer on, the next call starts by itself, except:

  • The first record of a folder, and the record after Skip this record.
  • While a seller is calling in, on call waiting or on hold.
  • While a seller who called you back is waiting on the card. Their Call back goes first.
