Chrome site access

HandRaise doesn't open on your DataSift tab, or the Call icons are gone. Let the extension run on DataSift.

HandRaise needs to run on DataSift pages (reisift.io) to open on your DataSift tab when a call rings, come back where you left it, and show Call icons. Clicking the HandRaise icon in the toolbar works either way.

The quick way

If the panel asks Let the phone open by itself on DataSift?, click Allow, then Allow again when Chrome asks.

From Chrome's settings

  1. Go to chrome://extensions and click Details on HandRaise.
  2. Under Site access, pick On all sites, or On specific sites with reisift.io added.
  3. Reload your DataSift tab.

With On click, HandRaise only runs after you click its icon on each page, so it can't open by itself when a call rings.

Still no Call icons?

Call icons are off until you turn them on, in each Chrome. Open Settings in the panel and turn on Call icons on DataSift.
