CleanLine number health

How CleanLine warms up, caps and rests your numbers so they stay clear of spam labels.

CleanLine is included on every number. It registers your numbers with the carriers, keeps each one under a daily limit, and spots a number that's picking up a spam label.

Each number's health

In the dashboard, open Numbers. Each number shows one of:

  • Warming up, with the day out of 21: a new number making fewer calls while it builds a good name.
  • Healthy: calling at its full daily limit.
  • Watch: answers dropped, so it makes half its usual calls.
  • Resting: no cold calls until it's clean again. It still texts sellers who know it.
  • Retired: no longer used for cold calls.

Daily limits

Health Calls a day
Warming up, week 1 30
Warming up, week 2 50
Warming up, week 3 75
Healthy 75
Watch 37

When a number hits its limit, smart caller ID sends the next call from another number with room. A call is never blocked: when every number is at its limit, the one with the most room still goes.

Spot a slipping number

  1. In the dashboard, open Analytics and click Get newest calls.
  2. Find Your calling numbers. A number marked Watch answered far less in the last 2 weeks than before.
  3. Tell our team. CleanLine checks it and rests it until it's clean, and your calls go out from your other numbers meanwhile.

A number with fewer than 100 calls shows Few calls: not enough yet to judge.
