Call results and what they change in DataSift

Every result you can save after a call, and exactly what each one changes in DataSift.

After each call you pick what happened. HandRaise saves it to DataSift, reads it back to make sure it landed, and retries until it does.

Save a result

  1. Pick the result for the number under Number: Correct, No Answer, Wrong, Dead or DNC.
  2. On Correct, pick what happens to the record under Record.
  3. Add a note if you want.
  4. Click Save and next number or Save and next record.

The number

Result The number in DataSift What's next
Correct Correct. Always dials and rings first next time. Next record. With No change, the next number.
No Answer No Answer Next number
Left voicemail No Answer Next number
Wrong Wrong. Never dialed again. Next number
Dead Dead. Never dialed again. Next number
DNC, It was them DNC on the right person. Never dialed again. Next record
DNC, Wrong person DNC on a wrong number. Never dialed again. Next number
DNC, Not sure DNC. Never dialed again. Next number

The record, on Correct

  • New Lead: status New Lead.
  • Not Interested: status Not Interested.
  • No change: the status stays as it is, and the dialer keeps calling the record's other numbers.
  • Dead Lead: status Dead Leads. For records nobody can work.
  • Listed: status Listed.
  • Deep Prospecting: status Deep Prospecting, for finding the heirs or the real decision maker.

HandRaise changes the status the same way a click in DataSift does, so the sequences you built on that status run as usual. HandRaise doesn't add tasks or tags itself.

Every pass

  • Call attempts go up by one each time you finish a record.
  • On a first pass, a record with no status gets Prospecting, unless you picked another status.
  • Your note lands on the record. When a record takes more than one wrap-up, the notes add up and all of them land.

While a save is on its way, the panel shows Saving. Saves wait through a lost connection or a sign-out and go out when you're back.
