Dial a folder with the power dialer

Pick a DataSift folder, let the dialer call one seller at a time, and log each call in a couple of taps.

The power dialer calls one seller at a time, so nobody who answers ever hears dead air. Your folders come straight from your DataSift filter presets.

Start a session

1. Open Prospecting.
2. Make sure Call real sellers is on.
3. Tap a folder. Each one shows how many records it holds and which pass it is (First pass, Pass 2 and so on).
4. The first seller loads with every number on the record, best number first.

The dialer switch

• Dialer on: the next call starts by itself a few seconds after you save. The Call button counts down so you can stop it.
• Dialer paused: nothing dials until you press Call.

On the call

• End the call with the red button (or Esc in Chrome).
• Got a voicemail? Tap Left voicemail (or press V) so the next text and call know.

Log how it went

After each call, pick what happened: - Correct: you reached the owner. Then pick what happens to the record: New Lead, Not Interested, Keep Default, Dead Leads, Listed or Deep Prospecting. HandRaise updates the record's status in DataSift, and your DataSift sequences take it from there. - No Ans, Wrong or Dead for the number itself. - DNC when they ask not to be called. Then say whether it was them, the wrong person, or you're not sure.

Add a note if you want, then Save. Wrong or no answer moves to the next number on the record. Correct moves to the next record.

In Chrome, keys 1 to 5 pick the result and Enter saves.

Other buttons

• Skip this record moves on without calling.
• End (top right) stops the session. Pick another folder starts a new one.
