When a seller calls you
How incoming calls ring, what you see, and what happens when you miss one.
When someone calls one of your numbers, it rings your iPhone and Chrome at the same time. Answer wherever you are, and the other one stops ringing.
If the caller's number is on a DataSift record, you'll see their name, address and lead status before you pick up.
After the call
A wrap-up screen asks how it went, the same way the dialer does. A note with the call lands on the seller's record in DataSift.
If you miss it
- They hear your voicemail greeting and can leave a message.
- The voicemail shows in Voicemail with the words written out.
- They show in Called you back on Home until you call them back or dismiss them.
- If the number has the missed-call text turned on, they get a text right away.
